Our system was design to cater for this inefficiencies so that every student who want a text book can not just have one but at a savings of 60 to 80% of the retail price.
At Penpee.com, student can specify for how long they want the textbook for, from either 30 days 60 days or for the duration of the Semester.
How do i rent a textbook:
To rent a textbook, you will have to use the search function on our site, check the textbook you would like to rent and add them to your basket. Click on the link on the top menu to "My Reserce Basket" where you would confirm your reservation. Once you've clicked on the link to finally reserve your item you would be redirect to provide more information about the textbooks. At these stage we require you to tell us for how long you want the textbooks for.
Finally:
Discount is automatically applied to the textbook as you search, The quote you would receive would be based on the conditions of the textbooks. e.g a new textbook might cost a little more than a used text book but we guarantee to save you a minimum of 60 to 80% of the retail price.

How do we get the text books we sent to you
Thats a brilliant question. At penpee.com we invest our resources to buy the textbooks from where you would have bought them anyway and at the original price they would have sold for and you rent them for only 20 to 40% of the cost we bought them for, thereby saving you money. We also buy textbooks at good bargains and even saving you more.

Are there late fees?
At Penpee.com we expect you to have returned our textbooks by the`time`your rental have expired. You could also choose to extend your rental period for a small fees. We could even waive that fees at our own discretion. It is highly important to contact us so your account is not subject to a charge back because we didnt receive back our textbooks.
Who Can rent Textbooks from Penpee.com
Absolutely anyone from 18`year`old and Over can rent textbooks. You do not have to be a student to rent textbooks from penpee.com
Are textbooks from Penpee.com same as books in store:
The textbooks you rent from us are the same as what you'll see in your bookstore, we are only different because you rent from US and save up to 80% off the display price in your bookstore. Also ensure that the edition you are ordering is correct.
How long does it takes my rentals to deliver:
Shipping can take anything between 4 to 7 or even 10 days, depending on the supplier. We always advice you place your order earlier so you can get your delivery in a good time.
Can i track my books:
Your textbooks can be tracked from your account. You will see the status of your order when you login to your account.
How do i return a book to Penpee.com for a refund:
To claim a refund, you must return the textbook within 5 days of receiving them. Refund due to Penpee.com error will be refunded in full. Refund not due to Penpee.com will be refunded less 30% of the rental price. refund is process within 3 weeks of receiving the textbooks
Where is my Order Ship from:
Penpee.com works with several book distributors, including private sellers so we cant authenticate where your order will be shipped from.
I have a used textbooks for sale, would Penpee.com buy them from me?

What happen if i cant return your textbooks at the due date
Contact us before due date or no later than 4 days after due date to extend your rental period for a small fee.
