Penpee.com was launched to identify the inefficiencies of our library system's inability to meet our daily demands. Meanwhile book sellers are not really helping the situation as they are sold at high prices. Penpee.com offers student flexibility when it comes to renting textbooks. Our system was design to cater for these inefficiencies so that every student who wants a text-book can have one at a savings of 60% to 80% of the full retail price.
At Penpee.com, students can specify for how long they would like the textbook for, i.e for either 30 days 60 days or for the entire duration of the semester.
How do I rent a textbook?
To rent a textbook, you will have to use the search function on our website - Firstly check the textbook you would like to rent and add it to your basket. Click on the link on the top menu "My Resource Basket" where you confirm your reservation. Once you have clicked on the link to reserve your item you will be redirect to provide more information about the textbooks. At this stage we require you to tell us for how long you would like the textbooks.
Finally:
A discount is automatically applied to the textbook as you search, The quote you will receive is based on the conditions of the textbooks. e.g. a new textbook might cost a little more than a used textbook. However, we guarantee to save you a minimum of 60% to 80% of the full retail price.

How do we get the text books we sent to you
Thats a brilliant question. At penpee.com we invest our resources to buy the textbooks from where you would have bought them anyway and at the original price they would have sold for and you rent them for only 20 to 40% of the cost we bought them for, thereby saving you money. We also buy textbooks at good bargains and even saving you more.

Are there late fees?
At Penpee.com we expect you to have returned our textbooks by the`time`your rental has expired. You can choose to extend the rental period for a small fee. We can even waive the fee at our discretion. It is very important to contact us so that your account is not subject to a charge because we didn’t receive our textbooks.
Who can rent textbooks from Penpee.com
Absolutely anyone from 18`years`old and over can rent textbooks. You do not have to be a student to rent textbooks from penpee.com
Are textbooks from Penpee.com the same as the books in store:
The textbooks you rent from us are the same as what you'll see in your bookstore. The only different is that as you rent from Penpee you will save up to 80% off the display price in such bookstores. Also we will ensure that the edition you have ordered is correct.
How long does it takes for my rentals to be delivered?
Shipping can take between 4 to 7 or even 10 days, depending on the supplier. We always advise you to place your order at the earlist date possible so that you can recieve your delivery on time.
Can I track my books?
Your textbooks can be tracked from your account. You will see the status of your order when you login to your account.
How do I return a book to Penpee.com for a refund:
To claim a refund, you must return the textbook within 5 days of receiving it. Refund due to a Penpee.com error will be refunded in full. A refund not due to Penpee.com will be refunded at less than 30% of the rental price. Refund will be processed within 3 weeks of receiving the textbook.
Where is my order ship from:
Penpee.com works with several book distributors, including private sellers so we can’t authenticate where your order will be shipped from.
I have used textbooks for sale, would Penpee.com buy them from me?

What happen if I can’t return your textbooks at the due date
Contact us before the due date or no later than 4 days after the due date to extend your rental period for a small fee.
